Shipping and Returns
All purchases will be processed quickly and shipped within 3 business days of your order via USPS.
All US orders ship free.
Once your order ships you will be sent an email with shipping information.
Please note that once a package tracks as delivered with USPS, we can't be responsible for replacing if stolen or missing.
Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.
All purchases will be shipped within 5 business days of ordering via USPS.
You will be sent tracking information once your order ships out.
After that Emma Rose cannot be held liable for lost packages. We recommend upgrading to trackable postage.

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we allow 14 days from the date of your purchase to notify us and request an exchange or a store credit.
After 14 days all sales are considered final.
Your item must be unused with original tags attached.
All international and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to make a return:
Please email us at email@example.com with " return request " along with your order number in the subject line.
Please include the style information and your reason for return. We will get back to you within 48 hours with our authorization for you to ship the order back to us as well as the ship back address.
You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and send you an email confirmation of acceptance.
